New Business Sales / Key Account Manager

Job Role

We are looking for a “hunter” profile candidate who will be able to identify, implement and manage key growth objectives for partners (in the Betting & WIFI space) and Flash. You will be responsible for sourcing new business, managing channel communication and account management. You will need to understand the market demands and focus on channel development and growth.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as an account manager
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must understand the informal market, retail space and future trends to make sound decisions

  • Source new business
  • Manage Betting and WIFI partner accounts
  • Design and execute growth initiatives for our partners in line with business strategy to drive adoption of key growth initiatives
  • Manage growth and go to market strategies
  • Identify and manage internal and external growth and communication channels
  • Perform market and competitor research
  • Manage store roll out procedures and incentives
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns & targets
  • Write and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that Flash & Partners’ brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Keep abreast of current trends in the informal market
  • Conduct regular trade visits.
