  • Matric
  • Marketing degree
  • Digital marketing qualification
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in the informal market will be an advantage
  • Experience in formal retail will be an advantage
  • Experience in identifying highly targeted audience segments and devising targeted digital campaigns for these audiences
  • Experience in optimizing digital eg seo on digital platforms
  • Solid knowledge of data led decision making and utilizing data insights for digital marketing initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytic tools.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Manage, plan, develop, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and on line presence for the Flash Group
  • Data-driven strategy development, targeting specific customer segments with respective channels, with clear objectives for each channel and informed channel investment prioritization.
  • Build digital marketing roadmap
  • Create engaging customer centric digital experiences/CX, that drive acquisition, engagement, conversion and grow customer loyalty with proven ROI
  • Responsible for seamless customer experience across all digital channels/touchpoints of customer experience lifecycle
  • Ensuring effectiveness of all digital marketing initiatives are measured and reported
  • Drive strategic Digital Thought Leadership across the business, ensuring opportunities are well understood by the team, divisions, and senior leaders within the business
  • Data responsibility within marketing for Group
  • Drive strategic digital thought leadership across the business, ensuring opportunities are well understood.
  • Oversee third party integrations on channels
  • Contribute to the marketing automation strategy
  • Drive ongoing innovation in digital space
  • Overall Management of agencies eg Media, Make Reign etc
  • Overall Management and development of influencer programs
  • Management of POPIA in Digital Marketing
