Trader Training: We’ve got their backs
Traders are and always will be at the centre of everything that we do here at Flash.
In fact, we have a team dedicated to having their backs by finding ways to better support them through teaching them skills to improve their business.
Recently, Flash had the honour of organising and hosting our first-ever trader training workshop using funds available from BSASO (an Eskom grant) and facilitated by EDUCO.
We invited select traders to attend, specifically those who we felt would benefit the most from the course content.
To start, we have piloted two courses around “Business Skills Training” for informal, a small business with a focus on how to run a small business and how to grow it.
We believe in empowering the communities in which we operate, and look forward to hosting more courses like this in the future.
