My PIN/Password is blocked, how do I reset it?
On your Flash Go machine
Flash menu > Select Balances > Select My Flash > Select Reset PIN > Enter ID/Passport number > Enter personal cell phone number > Enter new PIN > Retype new PIN
On your Touch Go machine/Flash app
If your PIN/password is blocked on your Touch Go machine or the Flash app, you will need to contact the call centre:
