How to sell data vouchers?

FlashGo:

  • Select Data/Wifi on the main menu
  • Select Data Vouchers
  • Select the desired network
  • Select the desired amount
  • Select output option (Print to screen for digital slip or to printer for physical till slip)

TouchGo:

  • Select Data on the main menu
  • Select Voucher
  • Select the desired network
  • Select the desired amount
  • Voucher number will print on the till slip

 

How to sell data for direct top up?

FlashGo:

  • Select Data/Wifi on the main menu
  • Select Direct top-up
  • Select the desired network
  • Select the desired amount
  • Enter customer’s mobile number
  • Select output option (Print to screen for digital slip or to printer for physical till slip)
  • Print receipt (customer’s cell phone is automatically topped up)

TouchGo:

  • Select Data on the main menu
  • Select Top-up
  • Select the desired network
  • Select the desired amount
  • Enter customer’s mobile number
  • Print receipt (customer’s cell phone is automatically topped up

 

What is Global Data

Global Data allows local residents in South Africa to directly top up a foreign cell phone number with data.

How to sell Global data?

FlashGo:

  • Select Global/Transfers 
  • Select the Globaloption 
  • Select Sell Global Data
  • Select Top up recipient number
  • Enter the recipient’snumber (in international format) 
  • Choose the desired network
  • Select the desired amount
  • Confirm transaction print slip
    The receiver will get their data sent directly to their number.

 

TouchGo:

  • Select Data
  • Select Global Data
  • Enter recipients phone number (international formats)
  • Choose correct network
  • Select the desired amount
  • See if all the information is correct before sending
  • Confirm transaction print slip
    The receiver will get their data sent directly to their number.
Remember:
  • Flash cannot cancel airtime and data vouchers
  • Make sure you enter the correct MSISDN when sending airtime or data to a customer as it cannot be cancelled
  • Flash cannot give the status of a voucher, only the networks can
  • When giving a reference number to the call centre or business support, please say what type of voucher and which network you are talking about
