How do I update my Flash machine?
Updating your Flash machine ensures you have all the newest products available to sell, and all improvements are available on your machine.
Touch Go machine:
Step 1: Connect your machine to WIFI
Step 2: Go to App Store
Step 3: Update all apps that are available for update
Step 4: Once updates are completed, restart your machine

Step 1: Click Flash
Step 2: Use the arrow button to ‘Setting’ and select
Step 3: Use the arrow button to ‘Reset Services’ and select
Why can’t I RICA other companies’ start packs?
Flash machines only RICA starter packs from Flash with the Flash sticker on them.
Can I reverse a payment made to an incorrect number?
Yes, you can.

Why do I not earn profits?
Only Flash Traders earn profit when selling Flash products.
Flash Moovas (Cell C Black, MTN Yellow, DCM, Flash It) do not earn profits.
What happens if I sell a Lotto ticket that doesn’t print out?
If you sell a Lotto or Powerball ticket that doesn’t print, call the Flash Call Centre within 1 hour of the sale to cancel the ticket.

I forgot my secret word, how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your secret word, you will need to contact the Flash Call Centre.
They will send you your new secret word via SMS after you’ve spoken to them.
