On your Flash Go machine
1. Menu screen
2. Vouchers/Co-Care
3. Redeem Co-Care Voucher
4. Enter CoCare voucher PIN
5. Enter voucher value or amount customer wants to use in cents
6. Check details and confirm
On your Touch Go machine
1. Menu screen
2. Transfers/Co-Care
3. Select Co-Care
4. Enter CoCare voucher PIN
5. Enter voucher value or amount customer wants to use in Rands
6. Check details and confirm
The value of the voucher will go directly into your Flash balance!
