• INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

This is how to accept JD Group store account payments on your Flash machine:

Flash Go:
• Select Payments/DStv
• Select Find Biller
• Enter first 3 letters of biller you would like to pay, Press OK
• Select your biller when it appears and press OK
• From here you can Check or Pay the account
• If you select Check then enter customer’s account number
• Press OK if the account details shown are correct
• Select Pay to pay the account or Cancel to go back to the home screen
• If you select Pay, enter the amount and press Pay
• Select To Printer or To Screen
• Note: You can select Pay without checking first if the customer knows what is owed

TouchGo:
• Select Payments/DStv
• Scroll down the menu and select More
• Scroll until you can select the biller you want to pay, Press OK
• Select to Check or Pay the biller
• Enter the customer’s account number
• Press OK if the account details shown are correct
• Select Pay or Cancel
• If you select Pay, enter the amount and press OK
• Select To Printer or To Screen
• Note: You can select Pay without checking first if the customer knows what is owed
