Telkom and Flash are making education a reality for 100 lucky winners this year. We're giving away R20,000 to help cover your child's school fees for an entire year—and entering is easy!

Here’s how to enter:

Visit your nearest Flash shop – Look for the shop with the Flash cow logo.
Top up with R10+ – Buy Telkom airtime or data, and you’re in!
Dial the USSD code – Found at the bottom of your receipt, dial it to complete your entry.

The competition will run from 00:00 on the 18th of February 2025 to and including 23:59 on the 18th of April 2025 (“the Competition Period”).
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There are two ways in which you may enter the competition, namely by:
Purchasing a Telkom airtime or data voucher from a Flash Trader with a value of at least R10.00, and dialing the USSD string on the bottom of the slip. Once the USSD string has been completed, you will be entered into the competition; or
Purchasing an Eezi Airtime voucher with a value of at least R10.00, and redeeming it to Telkom. Once you have redeemed your Eezi Airtime to Telkom, you must dial the USSD string on the bottom of the slip. Once the airtime is redeemed to Telkom and the USSD string has been completed, you will be entered into the competition.

Participants may enter as many times as they want. Each time you meet the Entry Criteria, you will be entered into the competition.
The winners will be selected via a random draw from all participants who complied with the Entry Criteria. There will be 100 winners in total. The draw for winners will happen on :
March 2025 - 25 Winners
18 March 2025 - 25 Winners
April 2025 - 25 Winners
22 April 2025 - 25 Winners
Each winner receives the following:
R15 000.00 contribution towards tuition fees for a nominated person at a school, tertiary education institution or early development institution (“School Fee Prize”); and
a PEP voucher to the value of R5 000.00 (“Voucher Prize”).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
The winners will be contacted telephonically on the number they used for entry into the competition (“the Winner’s Contact Number”). Should the winner not be contactable after 2 attempts, an alternate winner will be chosen.
For the Voucher Prize, an SMS with the voucher code will be sent to the Winners’ Contact Number. The voucher is valid for 3 years and PEP’s terms and conditions apply to the voucher.
For the School Fee Prize, the Winners may each nominate one person to whose tuition fees will be contributed too. The Winners will have to share the following information about the nominated beneficiary: full name, ID or passport number, and school or institution’s name. The School Fee Prize will be paid directly to the school or institution on behalf of the nominated beneficiary.
The competition is open to all participants within South Africa who can provide valid proof of identity, excluding employees of Flash and its associated companies as well as Flash Traders.
Flash and their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying, or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
The winner gives Flash, and its authorized agents consent to film/photograph them and to use their name and pictures for publicity purposes unless explicitly refused.
Flash reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Flash and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Flash.
By participating in this competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Flash has about you; (iii) the retention by Flash of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Flash using your personal information to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you.
You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Flash is bound by law to recognise. Flash will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. Flash will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
