The competition will run from August 1st to August 31st, 2024, with daily and final draws offering Flash balance top-ups as prizes. To enter, traders must follow prompts on Flash’s social media channels and meet specific trading criteria. Daily winners will receive R500 to R1000, while five final winners will each receive R20,000. An additional competition will be held from August 27th to 30th, 2024, with a prize of R500. Prizes are non-transferable and the competition is open to South African traders. Flash reserves the right to alter or terminate the competition and will handle participants' personal information as per its privacy policy. The competition will run from 00:01 on the 1st of August 2024 to and including 23:59 on the 31st of August 2024 (“the Competition Period”).
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter the Daily Competition, you, the Trader/Merchant, must follow the prompts on Flash’s social media channels and trade according to the prompts during the Competition Period (“Entry Criteria for the Daily Competitions”).
For the Daily Competition(s), every Trader who complied with the Entry Criteria for the Daily Competition will be entered automatically into the daily random draw that will be done on the next business day where 1 winner will be selected. Therefore, there will be one winner for each day of the Competition Period. Each of these winners will receive an increase in their Flash balance, with the value ranging from R500 to R1000 per winner. The increase in Flash balance will be automatically loaded on the Winner’s device.
To enter the Final Competition, you, the Trader/Merchant must be actively trading for 20 days during the Competition Period (“Entry Criteria for the Final Competition”).
For the Final Competition, every Trader who complied with the Entry Criteria for the Final Competition will be entered automatically into the random draw that will be done within 2 weeks after the Competition Period ends. There will be 5 final winners selected who will each receive an increase in their Flash balance to the value of R20 000 per winner. The increase in Flash balance will be automatically loaded on the Winner’s device.
An additional competition will run from 00:01 on the 27th of August 2024 until 23:59 on the 30th of August 2024. To enter the competition, follow the prompts on Flash’s social media pages by completing the word search and posting your answers in the comments. There will be one winner selected by random draw who will win a Flash balance top-up to the value of R500.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
The competition is open to all traders within South Africa who can provide valid proof of identity, excluding employees of Flash and its associated companies.
Flash and their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
Winners give Flash and its authorized agents consent to use their names and pictures for publicity purposes unless refused.
Flash reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Flash and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Flash.
By participating in this competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Flash has about you; (iii) the retention by Flash of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Flash using your personal information to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you.
You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Flash is bound by law to recognise. Flash will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. Flash will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
