How to Enter:

Entering is simple! Just follow these easy steps:

Book your Intercape bus ticket by calling the Intercape call centre at 021 380 4400.

Pay for your ticket at any Flash shop using the booking reference number you received.

Dial the USSD string *130*3621*7*TicketNumber# using the ticket serial number from your Flash receipt to complete your entry.

Competition Details:

The competition runs from 00:01 on the 2nd of December 2024 to 23:59 on the 31st of January 2025.

10 winners will be selected at random after the competition period ends and announced in February 2025.

Each winner will receive a R2000 Flash Plus balance, which can be used to redeem rewards from the Flash Plus portal.

The competition will run from 00:01 on the 10th of December 2024 to and including 23:59 on the 31st of January 2025 (“the Competition Period”).
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to Enter:

Book an Intercape bus ticket by calling the Intercape call centre on 021 380 4400, and
Pay for your ticket at any Flash shop using the booking reference number you received, and
Dial the USSD string, *130*3621*1*TicketNumber#, displayed at the bottom of your till slip using the ticket serial number on your Flash receipt (“Entry Criteria”).

There will be a total of 10 winners selected via random draw after the Competition Period from the participants who complied with the Entry Criteria.
The winners will be announced during February 2025.
Each of the winners will receive a Flash Plus balance top-up to the value of R2000.00. Winners will receive a unique short code SMS allowing access to the Flash Plus rewards portal with a pre-loaded balance in their wallet to spend on multiple vouchers on the rewards platform.
The Flash Plus balance will be forfeited if not redeemed within 30 days from receipt of the SMS containing the link to the rewards platform.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
All winners will be notified by SMS. Winners may be contacted by Flash to validate the respective winner’s entry. Calls may be recorded for verification purposes. Flash may require identification documents before the prize is awarded to the winners.
The competition is open to all participants within South Africa who can provide valid proof of identity, excluding employees of Flash and its associated companies.
Flash and their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
Winners give Flash and its authorized agents consent to use their names and pictures for publicity purposes unless refused.
Flash reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Flash and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Flash.
By participating in this competition, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Flash and other companies in the Pepkor group, any of their operators, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of your personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which Flash has about you;  (iii) the retention by Flash of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; (iv) Flash using your personal information to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group that may be of interest or value to you.
You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Flash in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Flash is bound by law to recognise. Flash will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. Flash will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
