We believe we can contribute most meaningfully by focusing our efforts on a smaller number of long-term partnerships, allowing us to build deeper relationships and support initiatives that create sustainable, transformative impact over time.

Ingani Yami
Children's village
Ingani Yami provides orphaned and vulnerable children with safe, loving homes within a long-term foster village in the Shongweni Valley, KwaZulu-Natal. Their work is rooted in creating stable family environments where children are supported emotionally, academically, and holistically as they grow.
Flash has supported Ingane Yami through long term child sponsorship initiatives for five children, while also contributing towards the growth and sustainability of the village.

Christel House South Africa is a non-profit school and support organisation focused on breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Their holistic model supports students throughout their educational journey by providing not only quality schooling but also healthcare, nutrition, family support, career guidance, and social services.
Flash is proud to support Christel House South Africa through partnership initiatives focused on learner support, access to opportunity, and programmes that help students build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

Foundation
Kay Mason Foundation is dedicated to helping talented young people from underserved communities access quality education and opportunities for long-term success.
Through mentorship, academic support, leadership development, and holistic care, the foundation empowers scholars to reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
Flash has proudly supported the Kay Mason Foundation through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, employee donation drives, and ongoing partnership support aimed at helping scholars access the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
