Lead a team of Area Growth Managers to expand Flash's trader network and transaction volumes across Mpumalanga.
We are seeking to appoint an Area Growth Manager based in Paarl, Western Cape, to identify, implement and manage convenient and accessible Flash points of presence for Flash Traders and Consumers across all services — as well as service traders efficiently and effectively through product training, branding and device queries.
What you'll do
Identify and onboard new Flash points of presence within the allocated area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with traders to grow transaction volumes.
Train traders on Flash products, services and device usage.
Manage branding, merchandising and visibility at trader sites.
Resolve device and product queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor area performance and report on growth against targets.
What you'll bring
Matric / Grade 12; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
2+ years in field sales, merchant or trader management (FMCG or fintech ideal).
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Strong relationship-building and training ability.
Comfortable working independently across a defined geographic area.
Nice to have
Fluency in a relevant regional language in addition to English.
Existing network within the informal retail market.
Experience with POS or payment devices.
