Know your Flash Number

What is your Flash number and how do you find it?
Your Flash number is the cell phone number or MSISDN number on your Flash machine.
This number is important because you need to use it as the reference number for EFT top-ups, cash deposit top-ups at ATMs, when buying Flash tokens at Shoprite and direct top-ups at a Flash Kiosk.

This is how to find your Flash number:
On a Flash Go machine:

The number in the middle of the home screen is your Flash number
On a Touch Go machine:

• Click the top left menu button
• Select My Flash
• Select Balances
• The Cell Number is your Flash number
Tips to help you keep your Flash number safe and ready to use:

• Save your Flash number on your phone as Flash Number
• Do not share your Flash number with anyone
