What is Flash Advance?

Flash Advance provides qualifying merchants with immediate Flash balance when they run out, so that they can keep selling products on their Flash machine.

This means that, as a Flash merchant, you can continue selling even if you can't leave your shop to load Flash balance.

The Advance amount that a merchant can qualify for is based the daily sales value on their Flash machine. Additionally, the repayment process is simple; the Flash Advance amount will be automatically collected from the merchants’ Flash balance on the repayment date.

Who can benefit from Flash Advance?

Flash Advance is available to longstanding merchants who are actively selling Flash products every day.

To qualify for Flash Advance, merchants must ensure that their personal details are up to date on the Flash system. This can be done by contacting the Flash Contact Centre.

How to apply for Flash Advance on a Flash machine?

The merchant should select the burger menu (side menu) on the top left-hand side of the screen.
Select Wallet to move to the wallet screen then select Prepaid Wallet.
Then click on Flash Advance to start application process.
The merchant will be sent an OTP to their registered cellphone number.
Enter the OTP sent to continue.
You will be requested to enter your ID number and the cell phone number.
You are now registered.
