Support and Operations
The Support & Operations section helps you manage issues, stay informed, and keep your operations running smoothly on the Flash Platform.
It provides access to support tickets, outage updates, and key operational alerts, allowing your team to quickly identify problems, log queries, and track resolutions. This ensures minimal disruption and clear communication when something needs attention.
Logging a Support Ticket
Tickets can be created:
From a transaction popup
From the Support Tickets page

When logging a ticket, select:
General Query (Account / customer related)
API Query (Flash product or service related)
Tickets are routed to the appropriate team.
You can track ticket status within the Flash Platform.
All communications continue via email.
Viewing Support Tickets
The Support Tickets page displays:
Active tickets
Closed tickets
Select a ticket to open it in Freshdesk.
You may also create new tickets directly from this page.
