Wallet & Transactions
The Wallet & Transactions section provides visibility and control over your financial activity on the Flash Platform. It allows you to monitor wallet balances, track transaction activity in real time, and access reconciliation data to support daily operations.
This section is essential for ensuring sufficient funding, investigating transactions, and maintaining accurate financial oversight across your products.
Searching for a Transaction
You can search using:
Transaction reference
Voucher serial
Redemption reference
Enter the value in the Transactions search bar.
A results popup will display transactions grouped by product or transaction type.
Select a row to view full transaction details.
Request Today’s Recon File
You can request a recon file from midnight up to the time of request.
The file will be delivered to:
FTP, or
Email address
(based on your v4 setup)
Limit: 5 requests per day.
Steps:
Select Get Recon
Wait for processing confirmation
Download from FTP or mailbox
File name includes date and time.
